My overall experience has been pretty neutral so far. Poor training but a nice split model to lessen the workload make it a meh job at best.

Great company to work for as fun events and free beer are guaranteed. Needs to be more open with new reps about the reality of the position. They aren’t doing anything out of the industry norm.

Lower level management is amazing. Upper managemepletely unorganized. As a result, the majority of deals fall through due to issues outside of the sales reps control
