No opportunity for career growth and they are slowly removing all of the benefits. Also, constant rounds of layoffs. They just hired a bunch of people in Chicago promising a hybrid structure but then "changed their mind" and forced every BDR to be in office 5 days a week. If you can, avoid this place!
