Sales training and mentoring program is excellent for a select few recent college grads from NJ in the Sales Academy (mostly relatives of leadership). Otherwise, Fiserv is past it’s prime under the First Data leadership. Maybe the CEO-elect can change the course a bit, but I’d avoid.

Everything depends on your department and your division.  I was in a division where HR admitted we had an 84% rate of attrition.  My division was on the old First Data side of things, whereas others are on Fiserv side.  Having said that...

I recently started a job with a new company.  At this job, I'd estimate more than a third came from Fiserv, including my boss, his boss, a VP with whom I collaborate, and many of my coworkers.  We all agree that there was absolutely no professional growth or mentoring at Fiserv, regardless of your department or your division.

Fiserv isn't where you go to build a career.  It's where you go to add to a resume before finding something better.  Even among my clients who came from Fiserv, most left after 1-2 years.  The ones who did have longer careers there all left or were let go not long after the new CEO took over.

If you start at Fiserv, keep your resume up-to-date.  You will likely be out of a job due to no fault of your own.
