Fieldwire is an awesome company. My experience has been great outside of compensation. There are some roadblocks that limit you from earning a lot of money (lower base, lower ACV & anything above 12k gets passed to AMs so no expansion). But great product, 1yr away from truly rivaling Procore, but it typically sells itself. Leadership is awesome & so is the development of the reps.

Fieldwire has a great product and market fit. The culture is amazing. Only downside is they typically underpay per position.

Fieldwire is in a very competitive market with lots of larger companies with more offerings to compete against. The Hilti backing is great but it seems it is too little too late.
