Fieldwire has a great product and market fit. The culture is amazing. Only downside is they typically underpay per position.

Fieldwire is in a very competitive market with lots of larger companies with more offerings to compete against. The Hilti backing is great but it seems it is too little too late.

Fieldwire is an awesome company. My experience has been great outside of compensation. There are some roadblocks that limit you from earning a lot of money (lower base, lower ACV & anything above 12k gets passed to AMs so no expansion). My experience has been solid so far! If the base pay was a little bit higher & we added integrations to compete w/ Procore, this would be the best place out there.
