Was great in my first year as a BDR but then after an acquisition things went downhill quick and the AE team went from 95% attainment to 0%

Eh, basically nobody hits quota on the outbound side prob about 10-20% if that, some months not even one rep is hitting quota

Overall experience was good. Company handled pandemic well and transition to remote. Leadership left much to be desired but the product and people were good.

Overall through my tenure there, the company had its ups and downs. Highest compensation was some of the worst leadership times. Some of the best leadership meant lower comp but better culture.
