Decent training program but they do not promote internally effectively. There is a bit of nepotism in the sales organization, which HR will not combat.

Was great in my first year as a BDR but then after an acquisition things went downhill quick and the AE team went from 95% attainment to 0%

Overall through my tenure there, the company had its ups and downs. Highest compensation was some of the worst leadership times. Some of the best leadership meant lower comp but better culture.
