Do not come here expecting to make money, gain experience, or grow as a professional. - There is no help and no constructive feedback, just a lot of belittling comments from leader. - CEO seems fine but unaware of what is going on within the team which is a shame Advice for management - You have a platform that offers a feedback feature, yet you do not ask your own employees for feedback about how they feel or how their leadership treats them.
