It's a good place to learn, in 2 years I've learned so much about sales. However, it's quite intense, they have no time, the culture is to have fast results, that means you should be able to hit your target from your 6 months in the company or sooner.

Still very new to the US. Headquarters is in europe and doesn’t fully understand our needs. Hiring way too many salespeople than necessary and they wonder why no one is hitting quota. A clear example of a chicken with it's head cut off. Can't describe how awful it is to work here. Constant redirection of efforts. Daily changes in policy.
