Red Flag Company - Very high turnover of staff - Closed the UK/I market over the last 6 months - Inexperienced leadership and management team - Good product/Market fit but Complicated product to demo - Nice office and benefits - There are many great companies based in Spain that offer a far superior environment for growth, development and training. Not this one.

This company is really trying and has great people. I really hope they can turn things around. As a frontline sales-person it can be demoralizing being the only rep to be hitting targets.

My experience in Mexico, was very unnestable, a lot of changes and lay off, the sales team have changed 2 TL and 2 Sales Director in less than 12 months, the sales quota was very unffair to the AEs
