Back to ReviewsFormer Employee A clear example of a chicken with it's head cut off.
Can't describe how awful it is to work here. Constant redirection of efforts. Daily changes in policy. Micro managed to death by not only your direct supervisors, but also the management in Spain.
Anyone that works here took the job out of desperation. Take a look at management and see that they failed in their previous roles. Most AEs sit in office and do nothing all day, no cold or warm calls. Training is downright horrendous.
No remote work so get ready to commute to the Miami office everyday. The office doesn't even have water or snacks, you have to step outside in the hallway to drink from a water fountain.
Trying to move up in the company doesn't really benefit you, other than not being directly blamed for numbers, but take a look at these salaries and see if they make sense;
SDRs: $45k to $55k base, OTE $60K to $70K
AEs: $50k to $75k base, OTE $80K to $100K
SDR Manager: $110k to $120k base, OTE $150K to $180k
Director: $150k base, unknown OTE/stock options.
Realize the OTE is a moonshot and with luck 10% might achieve. Browse Other Reviews
