A lot of account to manage as an AM. Liberal culture too so keep this in mind. Large company so difficult to move up horizontally. Overall, great company, culture, good pay for the experienced required for the role (2 years).

There are the Facebook years and the Meta years. Very different chapters and in the Meta years it is much more tops down and all about efficiency and what have you done for me lately.
