I really liked working for Flight Schedule Pro and wish I could have stayed. Private Equity purchased the company and is doing their best to squeeze every dollar out of this business. Was a great place to work for but has been sold to PE group. Now quotas have been dramatically increased and constant meetings with PE owners to check on deal statuses for earnings reports and hitting new higher targets. Benefits have been slashed to the bones. Replaced senior more experienced sales people with lower salaried people who do not even know the industry....Read More
