Overall my experience was positive but since I was a Canadian managing both a U.S. and Cnd territory it was difficult to manage with a high travel commitment. The sale training was the best I ever recieved.

The comp plan was much better before they revised it for 2023. They increased the brackets and slashed the commission rate.

I was hoping to stay for the long haul. Everything changed when world pay acquisition fell apart and when Gary got pushed out and Faris took over.
