Team was laid off within 90 days of hiring due to outside circumstances, hard to blame leadership given it was a sudden development outside anyone's control. That being said, SDR team seemed like an afterthought with many new to the role all working remote it sometimes felt unclear what priorities and best practices were, definitely a smile and dial kind of SDR gig vs. something maybe more refined and innovative you might find at a startup or SaaS org. Compensation was good and quota was realistic. Experian offered very strong services regarding the area we sold in.

If you’re looking for great people, place to be. Looking to make money, definitely not the place to be. Revenue recognition is monthly ratable/fiscal year impact, impossible to make a ton of money.
