Company culture is good and the company is in a great stage of growth. Professional development and training are a priority for management. Quota attainment on the team is low. Quota has not been adjusted to reflect the new market, reality, and changes to processes. Also the leave needing to be accrued for the sales team instead of unlimited PTO can lead to burnout....Read More

Great leadership and lots of learning opportunity. From the CEO to the SDR, everyone is learning together and working on building a the best process that guarantees success. Work load is intense but there are many incentives to put in the effort. Amazing- helping leadership team.
