Poor leadership, distrust and crafting narratives blaming reps for the downfall and poor decisions at the executive level continue to this day.

Last year if I got 17 sign ups in a month, my commission would be $5k+. Now if I get 17, my commission is less than $3k. They also implemented a draw instead of true commission. I can hit my KPI’s and move my pipeline, but if I’m not above 50% to goal,...Read More
