The direct management knew how to motivate and grow its reps but upper management couldn't have been more disconnected and wouldn't consistently step on the growth potential of the company and its reps.

Former Employee2.6May 25, 2024My overall experience was strong for the first couple of years, then significantly worse as RIF’s, backstabbing and a “fend for yourself” mentality engulfed the teams. Poor leadership, distrust and crafting narratives blaming reps for the downfall and poor decisions at the executive level continue to this day.
