Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Over the last year or two, we have been paid on percent to goal instead of per sign up. Now my work is de valued. Last year if I got 17 sign ups in a month, my commission would be $5k+. Now if I get 17, my commission is less than $3k. They also implemented a draw instead of true commission. I can hit my KPI’s and move my pipeline, but if I’m not above 50% to goal, there is no commission.
Around the same time, managers started not taking feedback without taking it personally. The culture and morale are at an all time low as is the pay. Browse Other Reviews
