Avoid at all costs. OTE will forever be just out of your grasp as they continue to move the goalposts. You won't make as much money as they say you will.

Over the last year or two, we have been paid on percent to goal instead of per sign up. Now my work is de valued. Last year if I got 17 sign ups in a month, my commission would be $5k+. Now if I get 17, my commission is less than $3k. They also implemented a draw instead of true commission. I can hit my KPI’s and move my pipeline, but if I’m not above 50% to goal,...Read More
