Great product with a great team, although there has been a major shift in making money verses taking care of people who contributed to early success. Talking and awful lot of the talk but not walking the walk so to speak "we love our people and are killing it" then lay off 30 employees including many successful ones. Lacking loyalty for sure!

Leadership could care less about you. Extremely complex compensation plan that is unattainable by almost 90% of the company. Stay away.
