Ever changing goal posts with unreasonable and unrealistic goals. Comp and goals went from being very fair and reachable to completely insane. Executive Leadership is out of touch and apathetic.

My overall experience was Esper.io has a leadership problem. A lot of turnover, a lot. of "re-orgs", that lead to an interesting experience working there.
