Current Employee3.4Jun 27, 2023This company let go most of their sales leadership in June so things are changing a lot.
Former Employee2.0Nov 20, 2023Ever changing goal posts with unreasonable and unrealistic goals. Comp and goals went from being very fair and reachable to completely insane. Executive Leadership is out of touch and apathetic.

Former Employee3.1Nov 1, 2023My overall experience was Esper.io has a leadership problem. A lot of turnover, a lot. of "re-orgs", that lead to an interesting experience working there.

Former Employee1.4Jul 28, 2023This was a startup that had a lot of terrible gossip problems and childish behavior across the board. Many of the workers here were not motivated to perform and sought to steal the work of others and take credit for it. It was the weirdest experience I have ever had at a company and was extremely turned off by the lack of professionalism.
