Leadership couldn’t get much worse. People are promoted for all the wrong reasons. Don’t get me wrong…you can make decent money. Base is generally high. OTE is dependent on too many things you cannot control or influence. Current leadership is price gauging to make earnings look better than what actual performance is. I would not recommend Equifax to anyone who has high ideals and or an entrepreneurial spirit.

My division has a flawed and unreliable product. With limited government need, any product issues in an account is out of my control. The impact is lasting and affects revenue.
