Leadership couldn’t get much worse. People are promoted for all the wrong reasons. Don’t get me wrong…you can make decent money. Base is generally high. OTE is dependent on too many things you cannot control or influence. Current leadership is price gauging to make earnings look better than what actual performance is. I would not recommend Equifax to anyone who has high ideals and or an entrepreneurial spirit.

Great environment though I would like their employee contracts to be ironclad and less subjective

You can make great money if you're on the right team, in the right role and the economy is doing what that role/team needs at that time. Leadership is, dare I say...evil. But you can certainly sell and be part of some world class products.
