The direction of this company is lost. Horrible strategy and the mindset of "If it's not broken, don't fix it" These guys will never adapt and compete with the top 25 companies in this space.
Nepotism everywhere. People in in director positions that are ill equipped for leadership. They promoted from within and this is typically a good thing! Until you discover this is a means for the company to pay bare minimum salary and results in inefficiency and no value add to the company other than an order taker, and producing sub par results and working the person at 100% capacity. This is a problem because the lower employees are mis managed and yanked in different directions with no clear direction.
There is no room to promote unless you stay for 10 + years. Right now, the company is burning cash and trying to control the hemorrhage by micromanaging and placing stress on underpaid sales teams to sell their sub quality products that have extremely poor back end support systems.
