Former Employee The lowest number I could put for quota attainment was 5%. It was zero across my team.
This was an enjoyable place to work however leadership is incompetent, there is no pipeline, the product is broken and the company is obviously struggling.
Sales targets are pulled out of thin air with no idea of the market, the conditions, territories or sales cycles. They are in the Beverage Alcohol space which is a tough industry right now, so tough conditions are expected. Current leadership have no understanding of the space or industry.
Morale very low at this company and understand that Quota attainment is close to zero across the board
