Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The experience with the in office reps in Canada and remote US reps is completely different. As a remote rep in the US, I love this job. The benefits are great and I find the KPI’s doable and our comp structure is great. Canada is a different story. The only thing that is funky is that the quota requirements are different for commercial vs LE/Strat and it’s unattainable for commercial reps, so they can’t meet their OTE as easily. I’m in LE and mine is attainable but it seems unfair to me and lots have left because of this. Hoping they change this soon. Lots of turnover right now in leadership & in Canada but overall an excellent company to work for in my perspective— great values, positive work culture and great management team. Not micromanaged in the US. I see a lot of potential for growth for myself & others within the company and for the company overall. Hoping they change things for the Canada reps soon and let them have more flexibility with remote work as the negative energy from them is contagious — and although us in the US are happy here it is hard to watch. Thank you for sharing your perspective as a remote US representative. Ensuring quota attainment and providing our reps with the necessary tools and support to succeed is a major focus for us. We review and adjust quotas for all reps on a yearly basis to ensure a fair and attainable structure, allowing reps to build a strong foundation for success and stay for our positive work culture and values.
We recognize the differences in experiences between our in-office reps in Canada and our remote reps in the US. Our in-office reps receive additional benefits such as lunches, in person culture building, and happy hours. We strive to balance these benefits for our remote employees as well.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you are happy with your role. - VP, Talent
