Culture and compensation can improve by a mile and management is not good at all. Lots of backbiting in the company and just not a great place to work. You can however make great money with accelerators depending on territory. Sales acumen is terrible though, so many accounts hate us because we literally send thousands of emails even when prospects opt out we opt them back in
