What does a typical sales cycle look like for you at Enable? Are you finding it increasingly challenging or easier to secure and close deals?

Sales cycle's run between 3 months and 12 months depending on the size of the prospect and depending on whether  Sales Leadership offers a 6-12 month Proof of Concept(POC) or if they have the prospect sign their now famous Letter of Intent(LOI). It's important to understand LOI and POC when asking Enable recruiters or sales staff about quota attainment, Enable's owner/leadership count deals as ARR to the board even when they have opt outs (LOI, POC can be cancelled at anytime by opting out of the contract).

It's not worth asking a Enable sales rep if they hit their quota cause it certainly doesn't mean they got paid commission....rather ask them how much commission they got PAID in the last FY....it's smoke and mirrors and they aggressively have reviews on glassdoor removed for exposing their dirty little secret.

The POC and LOI comments are so spot on. However, I'd argue that the Kool-Aid drinking AE's who remain are more than likely going to mislead you. Message AE's and Sales Leaders who worked there and are no longer there fo the truth. You're joining a sales org that's micromanaged, selling solutions that have no guarantee of compensation.
