I've met some of the best and strongest sales players at EF where we repeatedly hit goals that were purposely set at impossible levels. Too bad the owners didn't value the team and only used "dials" as their only metric for effectiveness. If you want a first-class education in operating an online business then this might be a pit stop for you, but don't count on making a decent living here unless you're living in a non-US country.
