The sales team WAS hyper-effective. I've met some of the best and strongest sales players at EF where we repeatedly hit goals that were purposely set at impossible levels. Too bad the owners didn't value the team and only used "dials" as their only metric for effectiveness. No amount of sales talent can overcome weak leadership at any organization. Although the industry is compelling, the culture at Empire Flippers is lacking a fundamental understanding of how sales as a function operates.
