Great market leading product and sales org with many opportunities to learn and grow. Below market base, OTE, and benefit package. Nice 401k match. Whole company going from 2 days in office to 4. Overall a decent company even if it’s a little old school.

Good company, smaller territories to cover. Great brand recognition. Typical American corporation, when compensation package changes they make it harder to hit goals so you earn less, give you a pay cut while trying to make sound positive.
