My overall experience has been brilliant, a fantastic organisation with a brilliant product. Easy to approach senior members of staff for help and a great leadership team. Assessable training and high investment for staff training.

New CRO cut comp plan by 35%, raised quotas, increased number of reps, decreased territories, and preached “just row harder”. Predictably, top reps and leaders left and more rounds of layoffs. CFO and COO have made it more difficult to close deals for those that are left. RUN-DO-NOT-WALK to the nearest exit.

Good people and decent products. Management doesn't have focus and there's a major issue with product market fit. Layoffs are the usual remedy for missed targets
