One if the biggest factors for being successful here is the account that you are put on to. Top sellers have been here for years and do well due to these relationships that we're developed over many years. A lot of new members will get put on accounts no one has cracked in years and expected to produce with no relationships. If you get out on to a key account you have a chance to succeed but thats rare for just starting out.
