Holy smokes, I spent the entirety of 2023 building my pipeline only for them to pull the plug on commissions, and turn us to hourly service zombies. I won't be the least bit surprised when they move these roles to a call center. They also pulled the plug on us 4 days before the quarter ended with the comp changes taking effect the next quarter.

Who cares about DEI. If anything, DEI is reverse racism. MS was good though, decent base, old comp plan we were making hundreds of thousands in commissions. Corporate nerfed that plan, still could probably make 100k+
