Current Employee1.6Jul 30, 2024Holy smokes, I spent the entirety of 2023 building my pipeline only for them to pull the plug on commissions, and turn us to hourly service zombies. I won't be the least bit surprised when they move these roles to a call center. They also pulled the plug on us 4 days before the quarter ended with the comp changes taking effect the next quarter.
