Cisco/Duo is a great company. My favorite thing is that they make sure that you are paid. There are always SPIFFs and because of Cisco's giant footprint. 90%+ of opportunities are warm leads or existing business.

Tough transition into the Cisco product portfolio. Many products not selling well. Still many high quality people but Cisco leadership struggles with the SMB space and sales show that.

Cisco Systems is an extremely generous organization. Even through difficult economics times. Cisco always airs on the side of being generous. There are always many SPIFFs and incentives and no one breathing down your neck when things are not going too well.
