Former Employee1.6May 29, 2024It was not very good at alll... no real plan in place to execute the strategy.
Current Employee2.6Jul 17, 2024Product was just bad. Leads went to reps on the team that were favored over others. No transparency in lead distribution. Benefits were really bad especially for a software company. The energy overall was just really bad. Not a winning culture.

Current Employee3.7Jan 25, 2024Education vertical New Customer Acquisition team struggles selling a cmms to a crowded space with a cmms that lacks certain features. Siemens now owns Brightly and they have the worst benefits of any company I’ve ever seen. They use outdated software and issued old used laptops for employees. Brightly was great until they came along.

Former Employee3.0Apr 2, 2024This company has gone through many changes during my tenure. Two private equity changes and an acquisition by Siemens. Overall a great company but is not what it use to be, some good things, some bad things that come with exponential growth and becoming a public company.
