A lot of competition in the market- have to compete on services/ value and not budget- hight ticket sales for SMB. Very clear and attainable promotion process. Can go from BDR to Director in 12 months.

Former Employee2.4Jan 16, 2024Just an absolute hellscape. When I was there, only about 10-15% of reps they hired on a given year made it to their 1 year anniversary. Rest were quit or fired. During peak of covid, they told employees they were only going to work 4 days a week, reducing their base by 20%, but they could still work that open day.
