Not what it once was. Continuous changes in leadership specifically in Sales dictating how the company operates is shaking things up way too much. Cracks in product starting to show and execs know it

Ok, but not great. Pretty bad sales leadership, even worse executive leadership. Product almost works, but needs maturing. Comp plan is advertised as amazing but isn’t that great.
