Domo has a great work life balance culture and the product is excellent. From the SDR position career growth and promotion time line is not a focus. Leadership seems to be ambiguous with the promotion process and ultimately aims to keep you as an SDR as long as possible to attain their own quotas.

This place used to be somewhere you could make a TON of money. Glory days may be over now though. Leadership is better than it used to be, but it's a crowded space and nobody last year hit quota.

The work environment is disappointing, with significant issues in leadership and management style. Micromanagement is prevalent, and lead distribution feels biased, with a preference seemingly given to a particular group. If you're not part of this group, it may be challenging to thrive here.
