Changed the GTM Strategy. Super hard to hit quota and the relationship between AEs and BDRs has never been worse. If you want to grow with a company I wouldn't recommend starting here look elsewhere until the company has fixed their growing pains

I work with existing customers so our incentive structure is based on that + capped.. Culture in DoiT is exceptional and the business values work / lol life balance and ensuring that you're taking care of yourself. Leadership is often transparent and open to suggestions/improvements to support the sales role.
