Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Unfortunately, I was paired with a very toxic person to report to. She advertently decided to fire me without any notice to anyone, and everyone was shocked.... Without going into all the details, this company is GREAT. I loved my job and everyone I worked with aside from who I was reporting to. The moment I was given approval to hire an additional person for my team - she was threatened and fired me - I had No write ups, or talking to... becuase I was not doing anything wrong, It was a huge blow to what I thought a company was - I came to this company after spending 10 Years at a software company and never in a million years would one person be able to terminate another without going through a process and others being involved in the decision. Maybe talk to the employee about whatever it is that you felt necessary to take their paycheck away abruptly and leave them high and dry without a way to pay their mortgage. Poor Leadership decisions are leading to awful decisions being made and losing great employees. This person needs Leadership Lessons, but it isn't always for everyone.
