Hitting quota is a significant struggle for most of the team. While individual effort is key in sales, the targets often feel misaligned with market conditions and resources provided. This makes it difficult to consistently perform at a high level or see substantial rewards for your efforts.
It’s also worth mentioning that the company isn’t what it once was. Dice has great name recognition, but the opportunities and overall morale don’t reflect the legacy it once held.
