My expierence has been great - being a part of Deltek has given me stability and allowed me to grow professionally. The incentives they give for us are very attainable and the work life balance is superb as well.

Came in through an acquisition. The org does a great job of culture and development. The pay was not great but I was there for a long period of time.

It was not a role that was as advertised. The team leader was very low rated on employee engagement survey and people were chastised in front of others, blamed, micromanaged, and bullied.
