Diversity and inclusion through the roof, and the biggest downside is they are still newly public and don't yet have a unified culture that allows them to act as a unified public company. Unfortunately, they are going through some tough financial times so have had a few rounds of layoffs, which most recently hit the sales department. If those layoffs are in the past, and they can mature more swiftly, they will be a great company to work for.
