Datto used to be a great place to work, then Kaseya acquired it last April and everything has gone down hill fast. They did everything they could to make working here miserable. Cut pay, benefits, forced 100% rto while the COO who made the decision lives 600 miles away from the nearest office, took accounts away etc. I could go on but if you're thinking about working for Datto/Kaseya make sure to look at all the posts on reddit prior to making a decision. They are all true. Working for this company has truly been the lowest point in my career.

After years of growth, great culture, stellar earnings, and happiness… we were acquired by Kaseya and did a total reversal and everything went in the opposite direction. Our brand as a company has taken a massive hit, as well as our personal brand of being someone who our Partner could rely on.

Datto was a great company to work for up until the acquisition by Kaseya in 2022. From there, everything changed. The way the business was run, culture, compensations and benefits, etc.
