Current Employee I love the culture of the organization. It’s incredibly diverse and extremely supportive.
As a woman in sales it’s been very refreshing. The goals are very high, and the pressure to continue to grow at the rate that we have been can be intense.
Largely I feel if you’re performing you can work as you see fit, the culture being very high performing, most people who are not find their way out of sales. That being said the other departments don’t reflect the same dedication which can be tense at times.
Lots of normal growing pains for a start up transitioning to a more mature company. Hopefully leadership can figure out how to maintain culture, performance, and product market fit. It’s a place I would like to stay for awhile.
