The product-market fit is very good. Unfortunately with this luxury the company has gotten by with very poor management. Since capturing the majority of the market AE's are not hitting target almost no one hits anymore. Management has no solution other than putting more pressure on the team through micro-management, reducing incentives when you don't hit quota, and making you come into the office instead of working from home. Moral is through the floor. I would not recommend to join the sales team. Also there are no benefits or any perks to this job.

It is not the company they are trying to sell you. If you want to reach the target or grow as an AE, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. The market fit for external audit is great but practically no one reaches the target due to market saturation within the external audit sector.
