My overall experience was bad. This company grew to ~100 employees way too fast, they hire and fire people every month, and they had holiday layoffs.

By far worst company I've worked for. They completely lie during the interview process on attainment across the team. TAM is very limited based on product capabilities and we are trained to lie about or avoid questions about the product.

Smart product but no sales leadership internally. OTE is not attainable. If interviewing ask how many reps have hit annual quota in the last two years. More specifically ask about turnover rate and future plans for sales leadership.

When interviewing, make sure to ask for proof of team performance. No AE or SDR is hitting quota except for the first sales hire they made in ENT. Product Market Fit is not yet there and marketing could use much work. Top employees are applauded for their work and fired out of the blue.
