There’s a losing culture here. No one hits quota but the company would never reevaluate quota. It’s a joke.

Smart product but no sales leadership internally. OTE is not attainable. If interviewing ask how many reps have hit annual quota in the last two years. More specifically ask about turnover rate and future plans for sales leadership.
